in the poem, a young women describes an *encournter* with her grandmother. she has not *feels* on having a long conversation with her. however, when she asks her grandmother how she *feels*, her grandmothers unexpected but honest answer cause the speaker to come to an important *decision*. she becomes emotional and filled with guilt because she realizes that she going to walk away, depriving her grandmother of the *opportunity* to share her *thoughts* and feelings with someone. the speaker realizes that a routine greeting is not going to be *planned* and that elderly people, in this case her grandmother, may be lonely and need someone to *listen*. she realizes that she has to take the time to relate to her grandmother as a human being who deserves time, attention, respect and *appreciation

כל מה שסימנתי עם הכוכביות בצד וגם המילה הכי אחרונה, אבל משום מה יצא לי פעמיים לשים את הfeels כי לא היה משהו הגיוני יותר לשים....
