איך רושמים באנגלית נכונה את המשפט "גם אם החיים לא עטופים בסרט, הם עדיין מתנה"?

even if life is not wrapped like a gift- they are still a gift

even thiugh life is not gift wrapped, it is still a gift.
אבל גם מה שכתוב מעליי נכון, חוץ מזה שלא אומרים life are אלא life is.
