hi guys i have the solution! this same problem happened to me. for me it was an error with my facebook app on my i-phone. i tried deleting the app a couple of times from my i-phone by pushing on the icon till it wiggled. that didn't change anything because every time i deleted and re-logged in my phone had already memorized my password! so, here's what i did:
i went to "settings" on my iphone.
i scrolled down to the facebook icon (there was an error message that said that my password was incorrect even though i was able to access my facebook app from my i-phone mm strange..)
next i selected the text that says my name. once selected you will see this list in the following succession: full name, user name, password, delete account (in red letters)
select delete account.
(this will officially remove your facebook account from your iphone)
then go back to settings, click the facebook icon and select re-install facebook.
go to your tinder app and try connecting again.
