ושואלים אותי שם אם הייתי משנה את הסוף למה הייתי משנה. (בסוף הסיפור אישתו של פורסט מתה)
זה הגיוני לכתוב ככה?
At the end, the girl that Forrest liked the most, his friend and wife, died. If I would can do different end to the story I would change this, to be a good end (Jenny not be died).

if i would can do - כל מה שבא אחרי זה לא תקני (כולל המשפט עצמו), כל מה שלפני כן תקני.

הצורה שבה זה תקין לכתוב את זה:

if i could write a different ending to that story, i would have changed it to a happy ending, where jenny doesn't die.

ואפשר גם לכתוב את זה תקנית אחרת בדרכים שונות.
