hi im aviv and i live in israel, i am not interested in signing into the program or something like that, but i do want an advice: both my parents dont know how to educate, they use violence, manipulation and yelling.now its calmer in the house but they were times i was scared of my dad.they never show me love and if my mom hugs me it feels weird and uncomfortable.i have 3 more sisters and a brother at home and the situation in the house is very complicated.how can i get better?the parents dont agree to a psychologist(we also cant afford one
