למה לפעמים (לא בעת ריצה) קשה לנשום? ז"א לא קשה אבל כשאני מכניסה אוויר- או מנסה לפחות, כואב לי בצד ימין באזור הבטן ממש.

זה אומר שהוא לא בכושר ושהוא צריך לנשום מהאף ולהוציא מהפה.. מקוה שעזרתי

it's not true. it means that u don't breath correctly. it happened to me at first but let me tell u my secret. i breath only from the mouth threw a something like a kissing position with my lips, but they're not entirely closed, just a bit.
