המשפט עצמו קצת לא נכון
"אתה יכול לעשות כל דבר", ולא הכל.
you can do anything.

you can do evrything mf!

אם באלך את זה בשלילה...
יעני "אין דבר שאתה לא יכול לעשות"
there is nothing you can't do

אפשר בהחלט את שניהם:
you can do anything
you can do everything
אפשר גם להגיד: nothing will stand in your way
you can/should reach beyond your limits
the sky is the limit
