I think this site is really racist. Why do not you allow a conversation in English?

there's nothing to do with racism.
this site is an israeli site with majority of hebrew native speakers abd that's why most of it consists of the hebrew language.

first off, your english isn't that great, and secondly the site is allowed to decide who its target audience will be - in this case hebrew speakers. there aren't any laws or regulations that forbid the site from delete any post in a different language, and the users will of course prefer to answer questions they understand.
