כמעט נכון , אני רק חושב שאין are במשפט האחרון, are אמור להגיע כשאין פועל והשתמשת ב interest כפועל במשפט.
חוץ מזה עדיף לכתוב כמה שפחות and, במשפט הראשון אפשר להחליף ב as well as ובשני אפשר להחליף ב so
