אפשר גם במקום i send a lot of messages: "i talk a lot" מכיוון שאין ממש תרגום למילה חופרת במובן של מילים ולא של חפירה פיזית

i know you're probably annoyed with me because i'm talking a lot/talking too much/i'm a real chatterbox/talking your ass off / talking up a storm /babbling/chewing your ear off

אפשר גם: because i keep dwelling on that subject/matter
dwell זו מילה מעניינת=לדבר הרבה זמן על משהו, להתעכב על, להרחיב את היריעה בנושא, "לטחון" בשפת העם
אומרים גם:stop dwelling on the past/don't dwell on the past אחד שמתעסק יותר מדי/"חופר" הרבה על העבר שלו
אפשר גם להגיד אגב: pestering me/you're nagging me/bugging me /badgering me ברמה של לנדנד
